Group workshops

Group Workshops include opportunities to explore best practices and current trends in the workplace. Professional Development credits are required within most industries. With this in mind, employers often need small-group or large-group workshops designed to have employees working together with a common mission, values, and culture. Team building activities and practice sessions allow employees to hone skills and enhance their personal and professional lives. As a result of group training, organizations and companies see positive results as the workplace becomes more enjoyable and employees’ actions add to a cohesive and dynamic environment.

Conferences

Conferences include opportunities for participants to work closely with others who share common interests and industry standards. Through the years, I’ve spoken at various conferences across the United States and had the chance to work with all types of industries. One common denominator found at each conference is to make sure participants are workforce-ready with a clear understanding of industry trends and best practices for staying current in an often fluid, unpredictable, and ever-changing market. Keynote speeches designed to accommodate the organization’s mission and break-out sessions will cover the themes and trends raised during the preceding year. In other words, my goal is to find out what you need and supply that in a way that is clear, concise, and interactive.
